Caffeine Substitute Ephedrine
Looking through the "mesh" of the "network", I came across a site, Canadian, very interesting: it is called Idea-connection (www.ideaconnection.com) and is a point of incotro ideas. You can search for ideas for a fee or free. You can also bring problems to solve, with or without charge, so that someone will find a solution for us (in fact, the idea).
Well, someone else has done. Yes, I saw an idea similar to that realized that I had myself.
I'm an engineer, that a professional organizing data and solve problems. When one has a problem, the most embarrassing thing for me is to ask the person how important it is to solve your problem: in other words, how willing to pay. But this is exactly what happens in the Idea-connection site, where anyone who needs an idea of \u200b\u200bwhat he says is also willing to pay for help.
For me it is very difficult to ask a question like that, because, with the mentality that there is in Italy, faced with a question like that from now unable to walk. So, my price is always calibrated to what would I be willing to pay a benefit of a certain type (and not on the other hand, I could use cash.)
My fellow engineers are struggling, over the past two years, to maintain the minimum fees required by law, which had been abolished by the "liberalization" in 2006, operated by Bersani. They argue, in fact, that the minimum fees protect the customer, quality of service received. It is not difficult to understand what the link in that statement ...
It seems that Europe, by contrast, has expressed a bit 'differently, stating that the minimum fees are not an obstacle to the quality of service provided (it is already something else ...).
I believe that the principle of solidarity (that is, for example, the foundation of federal policy) should apply to us professionals.
other hand, however, there must be, of course, good faith. He'll then we see if we are willing to provide some performance for the price that is being proposed. We must not forget that for us we do an intellectual profession, there is always some sense in this exchange with the client, which allows us to take new information and enrich our luggage for us as this is more important than our portfolio (just because we carry an intellectual profession ...).
Of course, none of us want to starve, but it would not hurt to show less presumption. Maybe, it would avoid to see diminished professionalism: the customer, in fact, goes by the craftsman directly, without worrying that it might be necessary sound "design" on the mountain, like the one that goes to the magician rather than confide in your accountant or lawyer or go to the healer rather than looking to the doctors .
It 'important to stress the fact that the trader, the "consultant" is one in which a person puts their trust, so that solved a problem.
Sure, there are also those who claim to hear the answers given by the professional who want them, I am convinced that for them the price of the service should be very high. The arrogance in this country, should begin to have a price ...

6 Main Bacterial And Viral Stds
I have read a decree issued by a diocese, in response to the expression of "unequivocal" will no longer be considered as belonging to the religion called "Roman Catholic Apostolic Church." The decree contains statements
extremely heavy, especially when I think about the fact that when I was not able to understand nor want, and then you can not even remember, someone has forced something. I can reasonably accept the imposition of the first and last name even though, when I was a child, I regretted the fact that nobody had asked me what name I would have liked: you should fill in the Civil Code, the possibility to change the name once they come of age exceeded the age of majority, however, I wanted to change the name, but it was not so easy and did not have sufficient economic resources. I then resigned to the fact that, beyond the fantasy that you can pack about the name and / or surname of a person, have a name and a surname has a specific social function gives you, that is, an identity . Having a name and a last name is like owning a code that makes you identifiable in case someone needs to contact you. For the same reason, I can reasonably accept that they have an additional identifying mark that distinguishes you unequivocally, in case of homonymy: the tax code. It is always of codes, which are all distinctive signs of "aseptic" (and you can still change).
begin, however, not tolerate to have Italian citizenship because I believe the time has come to have a European citizenship.
I find instead, in spite of myself, to have a "nationality" of another "state": the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church. In addition, diocesan decree in which I've seen, shows the following expression: "for the Catholic Church confers the sacrament of baptism a status indelible." There is also written that its record on the registers (refer to the record of baptism) documents a historical fact , as such can not be deleted . Historian for whom and under what?
of the above statements, however, a disturbing fact, from my point of view, is not cited any source of law. They are just "opinions" of some "right-thinking"? In
stee decree, however, also cited some passages from the Code of Canon Law (CIC, Codex Iuris Canonici ), which specify what happens to those who ask simply did not want to be a Catholic
- exclusion from office of sponsor for Baptism and Confirmation (CIC, cann. 874 and 893);
- need the permission of the place for admission to the marriage canon (CIC, can. 1071);
- deprived of ecclesiastical burial in the absence of signs of repentance (CIC, can. 1184);
- exclusion from the sacraments (CIC, cann. 1331 and 915) ;
- excommunication latae sententiae .
If I find the correct and obvious exclusion from assignments "religious" and the sacraments, I do not entirely consistent The fact, however, to bring him the "mark" baptismal indelibly (even to the point of being able to marry in the Church without having to redo the baptism). It seems to me an act of violence, carried out on me with the help of my parents, not aware, I have done this! In that rite of Baptism was never heard to explain what to expect? In none (I have heard and I went to law, of course).
I am heartened by the fact of not being subject to various antics (including sightseeing in hearse), in case of death.
is excessively "excommunication," but I can understand "their" anger when her boyfriend leaves you and you do not you expect it, as you fall from the clouds, as at least send him to "'ffanculo. It must be something like this ...
The important thing is that the excommunication and Baptism "permanent" are not recognized in civil law ... I am not, however, so sure. I wonder, though, if my baptism is considered a "historical fact" only in a specific state, namely in the Vatican City, or if it is in an ideal manner, ie for a religious institution (and therefore little more than a 'review), ie the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church.
Well, no child asks to be brought into the world: it must also be on "junk" by scaricatogli chicessia? For trash, as "good" sanitary engineer whom I believe, I mean anything is not deemed necessary by its owner and then you can decide to discard it.
Since this is so, I want to:
1, the cancellation of my baptism;
2nd, to be excommunicated without necessarily having to enter the Communist Party and of course so that it can not be any extreme for a glimpse crime of slander;
2nd, I decide if I could wish to do so, let me baptized by the Catholic Church;
3 °, which ask priests to respect freedom of religion (or secular) as set out by the Italian Constitution;
4 °, someone explain to me, as I heard, where is it written that through Baptism we become subjects of the Church and that this subjection we can not leave;
5 °, although as stated above, I want to know why nobody told these parents that their children are baptized and who believe that they simply make a leap of faith and submission, where appropriate, to God

Things Said On A Birthday Cake
Why they took the time.
time to grow vegetables and raise animals, and the time to prepare the food, time to pack their clothing, the time to inform us. With all that money can buy, but when the money end up?
When the money ends we realize that we no longer self-sufficient and we wake up in a nightmare.
Ben is the Japanese initiative indicates that Carmelo (http://otakimura.blogspot.com/): living in a forest. In Japan, a small town (Otaki) was virtually set in a forest.
Without claiming to revolutionize everything and now I want to point out that someone is already trying to do something, some towns in the province of Venice (and I quote, to have seen them, Portsmouth and San Donà di Piave) have included in the plan (and then they have made!) of "green filters. In practice, between the districts towns and main roads, the busiest ones, were placed in large areas of green (grass trees), used to repair the town from the noise of the streets (funziona!) are also used to repair the sight of the road from the road, however, you can "enjoy" a little 'green. This is, in my opinion, a big step forward.
A big step back, however, is doing the City of Budoia (where I live): the houses are situated along the streets and formed into long continuous rows. The entrance of each house consists of a large door, which was used once to access the carts. Behind each door opens a magical world: what appeared to be a dense populated city is actually the curtain of a large garden. Just today, with this crisis, it would be important to maintain gardens, however, the City of Budoia (PN) has provided the Master Plan, the saturation of residential buildings with gardens. With all the space that is available, you could build a whole new village, outside, with its own physiognomy, its square and its services. Instead, houses on top of houses (which, with a building index too high for these places, where people try to come to live to enjoy the peace). The result is a dormitory town, where people do not meet and socialize, because working out and because the "near" is too close to get along.

Damaged Cargo For Sale
I received complimentary a 20-watt bulb, with the guarantee of 10,000 hours of operation. On the box it says: "Eat Smart". There is also written: "Initiative of Enel Distribuzione, funded through government incentives (DM 20 July 2004 and subsequent amendments). So
: the bulb that I apparently received a tribute from Enel, I actually bought it (the State has done, with my own money, giving them to Enel).
The packaging is also written that the bulb produces the same intensity of light from a normal 100 watt bulb. Doing a simple account
, 20 watts per 10,000 hours of operation are 200,000 Wh (watt-hours), corresponding to 200 kWh (kilowatt hours) of energy that the bulb would consume in its lifetime.
10,000 hours of life are estimated, on the packaging of the bulb, three hours a day for about 10 years.
At home I have 20 60-watt bulbs, however, are the same ones that took me 12 years ago. Thus, the life of the bulbs seem to be more than 10 years. I now
the hypothesis that during a week in winter they may remain switched on during the 4 lamps (thus corresponding to a total of 240 watts) for 5 hours a day in 5 working days (ie 25 hours in 5 days) and 10 hours a day on weekends, ie for two days (20 hours, figuring to spend the weekend at home). It follows, then, that four bulbs (Which are 240 Watt) remain on for 45 hours per week, which means 1170 hours in six months (26 weeks), during the winter months. I suggest that in the six summer months, they remain on for half the time: 585 hours. In one year, therefore, consume 240 watts for 1755 hours: 421,200 are Wh (watt-hours), which approximates to 420 kWh (kilowatt hours). Rubbing
this result on my 20 bulbs, I get that in a year each would consume 21,000 watt hours (kWh or 21, you get by 420,000 divided by 20) and being 60-watt bulbs, each of them would remain on for 350 hours. Would reach 10,000 hours of power in about 10 years, even as estimated by Enel.
If my 20-watt light bulbs were all rather than 60 Watt, consume one third of what they actually use. So, if every 60-watt bulb consumes 21 kWh per year, ie 210 kWh in 10 years, using 20W bulbs they would consume in ten years, I would save 70 kWh and 140 kWh of electricity.
to buy 20 60-watt bulb, currently spend about 40 euro, up from 160 € to spend on those with low consumption. If the latter, however, they cost 4 times more than normal, I suppose that to produce them is necessary to consume 4 times the energy that is consumed to produce light bulbs.
Expressing the result to the inequality:
4E + 70 kWh kWh kWh ≤ 210 kWh + E
becomes:
3E kWh ≤ 140 kWh which
:
E ≤ 47 kWh to produce
means that if a regular bulb will spend less than 47 kWh, it is convenient to replace the bulbs with energy-efficient ones (whose production would require 188 kWh), otherwise it should .
How much energy is consumed to produce a normal light bulb or an energy saving light bulbs? It would be interesting to find out ...

A List Of The 151st Poke'mon
a funny news I learned today from a local newspaper. It may be that the news does not reflect exactly what happened, as it is reported, however, the case is to be a great laugh (laughing is always good because it brings more oxygen to the blood); at the end of the laugh, though, would it be to make a reflection.
Five Nigerians have convinced a couple of entrepreneurs in the mythical north-east to be able to multiply the 50 notes, 100 and 500 €, using an oil produced by a magical wizard lived in France. Now, the five are wanted for fraud or something.
Scam? Where is the scam?
If those nice young men will be convicted, I hope you are all those parents who tell their children that Santa Claus exists.
How do you believe that you can multiply your money?
I condemn these two entrepreneurs: first, take away their right to "entrepreneurs" (a child who believes in Santa Claus, the entrepreneur can not do, she can be an entrepreneur who believes that money can be multiplied, what's the magic) and then forces them to attend a course, with strict final exam on how to produce the money the Mint.
In the end, take all under the rule (I say this as a citizen that pays taxes), the two contractors would work them to the mint (shipyards, however, if it were demonstrated their bad faith), while the five pranksters Nigerian them would use to hunt down tax evaders or those who are "strangers" to the tax or "disappeared" from it.
all depends on exactly how things are and what tools they have in hand the law judges to deal with it.

2010 Badge Placement For Brownies
Talking to different people, it is easy to see that for many the disappointment of observing misconduct, dishonest or even criminal from non-EU citizens face in their rise to a feeling of real racism.
The fateful phrase you hear to pronounce is as follows: "In the face of certain behaviors, how can you not be racist?"
And the answer, when it is confirmed, and the like, "But even among them there is good people ...".
What leaves me baffled and, ultimately, disgusts me, is just the kind of logic used.
Considering, in fact, that a presence so notable of immigrants in Italy is a phenomenon that affects us from just a decade (at least in areas where I live), if I use the same reasoning applied to my previous experiences, I would hate for the same principle, all Italian, from members of my family.
This is paradoxical. We are therefore, in my view, unreasonable.
In the end, we are not able to distinguish good from evil, but only white from black.
We are not able to realize that someone cares about every day to build his fortune on our ruin: the politicians, banks, insurance companies, the "social climbers". All of these people, thanks to us (which we intent to build reasoning completely useless as what I mentioned above) get our approval and our admiration or our indifference or our liabilities.

How Much Do Navy Eod Earn
When a plant closes, hundreds or even thousands of workers find themselves directly in the street. How can the market absorb?
But this abstract and purely economic conception of " focus ", it's so good? I
is this idea, having read a letter today in the Messaggero Veneto, Pordenone, a worker outraged by the false promises that are made to workers and the illusions that arise from these.
The problem, in my opinion, is the basis: we live, in fact, in a society where some people live and depend on others we do not want to call slavery persist in this condition, we invoke the existence of national contracts and unions that protect workers. When the factories close, however, there is a force that is superior to all others: one in which employees have to go home.
For this reason, it would not hurt the idea that all contractors or freelancers the only way there could be a real agreement between the parties concerned.
In Italy, However, where nothing works and where all are "smart" would surely make a way to "sign" in Italy, there is no loyalty.
The tendency is always to "concentrate" form of "group", where the head is the holder of interests in the queue all those hoping to gain some advantage.

Best Brazilian Wax Close Up
"Time is money, can still be heard to say.
is strong, ie, a sort of obligation to turn time into money, that is, to use the time to make money. No matter how. On the other hand, after the first illusion, in a time when there was money for everyone, now the money is less and less and barely used to live. We are forced to tighten their belts (if we did not sell due).
Trivia. Speeches everyday.
But someone has tried to do all?
How much do we really need to live? And what, above all, do we need?
The main costs that we must support not just to food, and for consumers: electricity, gas, telephone. Now, in reality, even the cost of food is reaching levels that compete with those bills.
We need, therefore, the money to convert it back in time, that is to get what we need not spend time and money.
For example, spending more time outside the home, perhaps to run the vehicle trips slower, such as cycling, consume less, in terms of electricity and gas. In addition, we move, breathe fresh air, spend little on maintenance of the bicycle. It 's inevitable, then, standing among the people, socialize. If we have downtime, we can make use of public spaces such as libraries, where we also read the newspapers and make a culture (other than, perhaps, by those magazines that continue to call "news").
Once home, we could do without a television ("Year Zero" you could follow the bar, in the company, as they did once with "political forum") and use the time to tell us what we did during the day. If we are alone, we could cultivate the art of "DIY" (sewing, repairs, build something useful, as well as funny), come to make us sleep ...
there are ideas that I throw, I try every day to achieve the same.
ideas that I want to make a precise calculation. But before you do the math, you need to collect data ...
Runescape How To Get Cornucopia 2010
1.
I stopped for some years, to use the phone.
I have gained in health.
I'm not saying that cell phones are not useful: sometimes, they are indispensable.
To me, however, does little.
Does anyone know what you recommend for a good phone service, cost-effective appropriate for what it offers, which also allows me to disengage from Telecom?
2.
I started some months, to use the bicycle, not for sport, but simply to move.
so I built up a further gain in health. Where
not arrive (in time) with the bike (when the distances exceeding 20 km), I try to use public transport. The result: a real problem! I often have to fall back on the car, because times are calibrated on the transport of workers and students.
also risk their lives every day. I propose, in this regard, to petition to be sent to the President of the Republic, so I decorated as "hero of the Fatherland" and, together to me, all those who daily bicycle. In the meantime, I just ride closer to the center of the roadway to the edge, although the Code requires to keep the right.
Conclusions
Those who complain of paying so many taxes, congratulino for the contribution they give to their reduction (the cost of health care, for me, I'm definitely dropped).
Shares policies advocated
The telephone network must be public, there must be no bicycle lanes on every street (even outside the city) and we must be more public transportation and fewer cars in circulation. Bicycle lanes are to be planted with deciduous trees (to have the sun in winter and cool in summer) and must be equipped with small service areas.

Buddhism must be recognized as a source of wisdom, a long-standing practice of understanding and love, not only as a form of devotion. The spirit of the Dharma is very close to the spirit of science, and the two minds are open and non-discrimination. You can join the YBHCS even if you're Christian, Muslim, agnostic or atheist. The practice of Maitri, brotherhood and sisterhood, and the foundation of Dharma. When members of
YBHCS meet fun-loving and connect to each other, listen to the teachings Dharma, to recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings and practice meditation is sitting and walking. The practice helps them to get rid of tension in the body and sensations, to live more deeply and enjoy every moment more of their daily lives, to practice compassionate listening and loving speech and to be reconciled with other people and to help others in society to act in the same way.
Discussions Dharma helps us to share our practice to each other, deepen our understanding of the Five Mindfulness Trainings and find more appropriate ways to immediately apply them in our daily lives so as to change society in the direction of compassion and harmony. Together we can discover many practical ways to help, such as:
1. offer total relaxation with our classmates before exams;
2. organize sessions in conflict resolution and reconciliation among our friends and with our families;
3. help our schools and our colleagues to adopt a more conscious way of consumption (eg contacting suppliers of organic food or food from installing distributors of fair trade);
4. promotes a day without the use of cars;
5. Deep Ecology facilitate workshops to help awaken the sense of responsibility to the planet.
6. create organic gardens in schools, universities and urban centers;
7. Use the tools and the insights of Buddhism to help friends who struggle with drug addiction and other similar fuel economy.
8. work with local voluntary organizations to help the needy and support projects in the developing world. The
YBHCS can also organize camps and retreats so many others, young and old, can come and share the practice of a joyful life and aware so that we can feed ourselves through contact with nature.
The Five Mindfulness Trainings encourage each of us to live in such a way that our Planet will be able to survive for a long time. These exercises are the foundation of the lives of members of YBHCS and represent their ideal of service. Awareness, Concentration and Wisdom are the energy cultivated by the practice and who bring tolerance, non-discrimination, understanding and compassion.
Plum Village In the last three decades has helped many young people in Europe, America and Asia to undertake this journey. Now you can set up groups of YBHCS in every country and in every city. Please let us know, we here at Plum Village, what you are planning and what you plan to achieve goals. We will do our best to support you.

Get Rid Of Goldwell Elumen
Hello Maurizio, I wish to thank you for the wonderful day we've got
. This time
Peace was not long search, we came right into his house. Thanks to the miracle of a mail
we spent hours in the serenity and especially among wonderful people. We were waiting for.
We usually lead a life very slowly. Margaret works in Catania and I, a few years ago I stopped being a photographer of ceremonies, I devote myself to the campaign, sound reading and contemplation of the conscious world we live around. Perhaps I exaggerate in speaking of peace in this way, but, apart from everything we are subsidized to some extent because we live in the open The campaign then Peace is already touching with your hands ... .. you only need to prepare themselves inwardly. Our house is surrounded by a hectare of land owned by us and is full of plants, vegetables and all those beautiful sounds that nature offers us.
We love the travel freely alone with backpackers going up and down continuously from buses or trucks. We love the world as it is and we are in love. We do not want to change anything about what lives around us, even, it seems curious, often we would like to thank the Divine that lives around us as we are, how to meet and made us ready for the way it's all so smooth and perfect round us.
Thay in one of his "miraculous" speech said that the miracle is not walking on water, but is walking the earth that produced the miracle. It 's true. Simple words, deep
and stimulating. Go directly to strike at the heart and not allow digressions intellectualist, be taken as is, without adding anything. The rest of society's problems today stem from their wanting to "intellectualize" anything, the simplicity makes it difficult to then embellish it with our words, "beautiful" does not taste him simply for what it is, we always add something of our own ... . losing the delight of the present moment.
Dear Maureen, I hope to continue the discussion that opened between us, I think we are reaping the fruits of them from the moment we met Thay on our way. I do not know if everything was already fixed, I know that now live only moments of joy and serenity is not very easy, so seize the positive opportunities is a prerogative of us humans ... ... ..
reconnect us to the point of departure ALL that "ACTUALLY" was one.
Thanks for the 'beautiful day and the good intentions that have resulted from it.
embraces others and for us, should you wish from them my email. The speech can walk along
different paths but with a consistent perspective.
We love you and see you soon.

How Many Calories In Homemade Ham
Dear Maurizio dear all / and sanghasiciliapv,
I am finally face to face on my laptop overloaded with problems generated by Vista. Excellent exercise in patience and learning. I hope that all s're in good shape and that the baby is sanghasiciliapv at a good pace on the path of practice. I intend to practice a life of consciousness nourished by dialogue, meditation and compassion socially impegnata.Per the next 21 days will be here in Plum Village, and I will devote to research the teachings of Thay in Italy in 2005 and 2003. If possible, also those of 2001. I would also send you DVDs of 2008 but the records have not yet arrived from Germany where they usually buy. On May 23, will leave for another tour of Belgium, where, apart from a weekend retreat, I will give a series of public lectures and Q & A session in Brussels at the end of a theatrical performance of "Footsteps of Siddhartha" based on the book of the same name Thay. I will be present here in Plum Village, until the end of September. In early October I will have a long retreat on the island of Noirmoutier in the north-west of France then I should not go out until next year.
This is what concerns me right now and I want to share for you to participate in perfectly with my Dharma activities and, if you like, support me. As for what it is about you I'd be happy to know that the various groups of Catania, Palermo, Messina and Porto Empedocles are in contact not only letters but sharing their activities. The general conditions for the practice groups will multiply and show solidarity are present. The mass of men increasingly needs to regain possession of their size, size, cheated, tortured and dissolved by heavy powers, in the flow of time, social and intellectual. Even today intriguers crowd into the mood of the market needs by offering inner peace and happiness in return for payment; guru of any sort, in white, yellow or red acrobat everywhere propinano best elixir of life. We have only a humble and simple practice that does not require fees: the awareness, responsible living. Humble, yes, but as powerful!
Everyone is free to do as most pleases him or they do not cause harm to himself or to or for others. But it is a fact of unmistakable clarity that when you opt for a practice, consistency does not want us to disperse back guruica nature attractions invitees or new age. It would be a loss of energy as well as an unnecessary distraction from oneself.
We have examples of sudden falling in love, even here in Plum Village, in other traditions but it is always a game of mind weakened, water does not satisfy the thirst within, instead degenerates the burning in my throat.
Every day I look and I meet people, human beings, small sore Sisyphus nailed to the wheel of the "spirituality of the market" come and go unsatisfied, do not listen, live of self-reflection in the mirror, the illusion of self miracles eschatological which, of course, do not exist and are not possible.
We practice simplicity and frugality are aware that every phenomenon is determined by specific causes, able to transform our destructive emotions, strong in making peace and love: the only size of a happy existence.
We can add nutrients to our meditation practice through exercises like swimming which is the most comprehensive and beneficial exercise and a walk, at least two hours per week at a brisk pace. Everything else: yoga, Qi Khong, Tai Chi, aerobic dance and so on and so forth. activities are beautiful but do not belong the legacy left by our ancestors. Often they do not need but are all the rage. These medicines are not appropriate for healing the hidden frustrations. Everything is healing through sharing, dialogue, the refuge in compassion offered to us. Other than kung-fu! Other than Indian gurus!
I wish you all / and that every moment of your life is a constellation of joy.
Light and Love
