'Groundhog Day three, "was the title of a famous film deserved success, which, with a hint of optimism, he quipped on the situation of our country, which is considered, there still remains something to be saved. So do not start from scratch, but you could start from three.
After almost 30 years (the film was, in fact, in 1981), if I have to take stock of my experience, I can say that we have regressed rather than forward.
At the time, I was going to address the engineering studies and more study proceeded, the more I became convinced that one day I would work to maintain and further improve the works that we were allowed through the use of ' energy, to reach an already high degree of comfort.
Once you have the qualifications, though, I met with a reality that, today, I would score points negative "-3" for the following reasons:
-1: why the market should use my skills do not even possess the knowledge of Italian (and I mean only those who speak the local dialect and who consider me a foreigner because I speak Italian);
-1: same as above market has not the faintest idea what an engineer (we think it's just a friendship which has very up and tells what he wants);
-1: because in Italy there is freedom, so it is unclear what is meant by the term "free profession. "
Total: -3.
Of this, I must also thank those who preceded me, because at least the past four decades, has produced a serious distortion of the market, because:
1) does not have a dialogue with their clients;
2) exhibited skills outside the profession (the use of a "crystal ball" in place of hearings and depth later);
3) was sold to the highest bidder, thus losing the freedom that the profession requires, under which the seller must be able to produce their own "work" (a term used in the Civil Code), without undergoing any type of packaging.
Young professionals must understand that we must start from "-3", communicating with clients (correctly, open and transparent), explaining what it takes an engineer ( solve technical problems, having obtained all the necessary information) and preserving their freedom.
To date, the most serious aspect of the situation in which they are to "operate" the youth is the lack "work" of a certain value engineering technician, from which to learn: even the professional level of engineers has been significantly lowered, compared to forty years ago. This has been helped by the lack of real technical value by clients (due to ignorance), which allowed professionals to less "free" (those who, cunningly, join the so-called "Consortium") to gain credibility, causing extensive damage, moral and material.
