This paper suggests a number of steps to be taken to reduce the impact of traces leave it on Earth, in an ecological sense. We invite you to read and if you inspire, to make the commitment to comply with some or all of them by marking them with a "√". The steps we're already practicing will instead marked with an "X". When finished, copy your schedule on a sheet that you can take with you as a reminder.

Knowing that words can create happiness or suffering, I am determined to speak truthfully, with words that inspire self-confidence, joy and hope. Do not spread news that I can not be certain and not criticize or condemn things of which I'm not sure. I will refrain from uttering words that can cause division or discord, or that could cause rifts in the family or community. I am determined to make every effort to reconcile and resolve all conflicts, however small.
Fifth Mindfulness Training
Aware of the suffering caused by the unwitting consumer, I am committed to cultivating a good both physical and mental health for myself, for my family and my society by practicing eating, drinking and responsible consumption. IngerirĂ² only substance that keeps the peace, prosperity and joy in my body and my consciousness, and in the collective body and consciousness of my family and society. I am determined not to use alcohol or other intoxicant or to ingest foods or other substances that contain toxins, as well as certain TV programs, magazines, books, films and conversations. I am aware that to damage my body or my consciousness with these poisons is to betray my ancestors, my parents, my society and future generations. I will work to transform violence, fear, anger and confusion in myself and in society, by practicing a diet for myself and for society, I understand that a proper diet is essential for personal transformation and the transformation of society.
